You can request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. After this window, we can’t offer a refund.
Items must meet these criteria to be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags/labels still attached
- In original packaging (if provided)
3. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct size/color exchanges right now. If you want a different item: Place a new order, then request a return for your original purchase. If an item is defective or incorrect (we sent the wrong one), we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping (or provide a prepaid label if available).
- Change-of-mind returns (e.g., wrong size, no longer wanted): You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable—unless the return is our error.
Before sending items back:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- If the item is defective, include clear photos of the issue.Our team will confirm if your return is approved and share next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you with the result. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Note: Your bank/card issuer may need extra time to post the refund to your account.
If you don’t get your refund within the stated timeframe:
- First check with your bank/card issuer (they may have processing delays).
- If still missing, email [email protected]—we’ll help resolve it.
For Canadian orders: We don’t refund import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by CBSA or the carrier. When you return a Canadian-shipped item:
- We refund the product price (plus original shipping fee only if required by law and the return is our error).
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees aren’t included in the refund.
